Get In Touch

Once you finish your 24-month payment plan for the web design, the website is 100% yours. The payments for the design stop. You can then choose to keep paying a smaller monthly fee for our hosting and care plan, plus any on-going addons (such as WhatsApp integration) or you can move your website somewhere else.

Should you need help with tasks that go beyond your plan's monthly time, we've got you covered. Care plan members benefit from a reduced hourly rate for any additional work. We will always provide a clear quote for your approval before we begin.

Our performance and complete care plans include a specific amount of time each month dedicated to small updates and quick fixes. This includes things such as:

  • Changing a paragraph of text.
  • Swapping out an old photo for a new one.
  • Publishing a blog post that you have already written
  • Fixing errors caused by yourself, or 3rd parties that are quick to fix
  • Updating DNS records
  • Resetting login details

What is not included: This time does not cover larger projects or new features. If you need a new page built, a new online shop, or a change to the design layout, we will quote that as a separate job.

Does it roll over? No. Unused time does not carry over to the next month. It is a monthly allowance to ensure we are available to help you regularly, so please feel free to send us your updates as you need them.

To use your time, just send your request to our support email, and we will get to work.

Nope, while we love to work with local businesses we have clients across the whole of the UK, as well as Europe, the USA and Australia. No matter where you're based, we'd love to work with you.

We provide all of our support through email, and WhatsApp. We find this creates a clear written record of your request, which prevents important details from being missed. This method allows us to give your issue our full attention. 

You do. All content you provide to us (like your text, company logo, and photos) is and always remains your property.

By providing this content to us, you are simply giving us a license, or permission. This is a non-exclusive license that allows us to use, copy, and modify your content for the sole purpose of designing, building, and maintaining your website as part of our agreement.

This also means that you must guarantee you have the full rights to use all content you send us (for example, that you own the copyright to the text or have a valid license for any photos you've purchased).

Yes. We are happy to work on websites even if we did not build them. We can take over the maintenance to keep everything secure. If you need design changes or new features, we can help with those too.

Facebook is great for connecting with people, but a website is much safer for your business. You do not own your Facebook page. If they change the rules or block your account, you could lose everything instantly. A website belongs to you. It also helps you look more professional and lets people contact you, even if they do not use Facebook.
