Yes, we are happy to care for websites we did not build. We first do a full website review to learn how your site works. This check helps us find and fix any key issues. Sort of like a spring clean. We may charge a one-time fee for this review and any fixes needed. This ensures your site is in great health from day 1 of working with us.
No, our care plans do not lock you into a long-term contract. Our care plans are paid monthly, and you are free to cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. Our goal is to build a lasting partnership based on the value and peace of mind we provide.
Should you need help with tasks that go beyond your plan's monthly time, we've got you covered. Care plan members benefit from a reduced hourly rate for any additional work. We will always provide a clear quote for your approval before we begin.
Each of our care plans is designed to cover one website. This ensures that each site gets the full attention and resources it needs to stay in top shape. If you have multiple websites you need us to manage, please get in touch. We can create a custom package that is tailored to your specific needs.
We can work with most web hosts. Your site's speed and security are tied to your hosting quality, so we cannot support sites on certain low-quality providers. We have a list of trusted hosts that we know provide excellent service. We are happy to check your current hosting to make sure it is a good fit.
Our performance and complete care plans include a specific amount of time each month dedicated to small updates and quick fixes.
This includes things such as:
- Changing a paragraph of text.
- Swapping out an old photo for a new one.
- Publishing a blog post that you have already written
- Fixing errors caused by yourself, or 3rd parties that are quick to fix
- Updating DNS records
- Resetting login details
What is not included: This time does not cover larger projects or new features. If you need a new page built, a new online shop, or a change to the design layout, we will quote that as a separate job.
Does it roll over?
No. Unused time does not carry over to the next month. It is a monthly allowance to ensure we are available to help you regularly, so please feel free to send us your updates as you need them.
To use your time, just send your request to our support email, and we will get to work.
We don't. We currently provide all of our support through email and live chat. We find this creates a clear written record of your request, which prevents important details from being missed. This method allows us to give your issue our full attention.
