Yes, we are happy to fix and care for websites we did not build. We first do a full website review to learn how your site works. This check helps us find and fix any key issues. Sort of like a spring clean. We may charge a one-time fee for this review and any fixes needed. This ensures your site is in great health from day 1 of working with us.
If we cannot fix the issue, or if the problem is with your hosting provider and out of our control, we will let you know immediately.
We aim to look at all requests on the same day during our business hours. For the Quick Fix service, we often resolve the issue within 1 business day of getting your login details.
Yes. However, cleaning a hacked site usually takes logner than a quick fix allows. Please contact us for a quote if you believe your site has been hacked.
If we start working and realise the problem is more complex than a simple "Quick Fix," we will stop and contact you. We will explain why it is taking longer and give you a quote for the extra time. We will never charge you more money without asking you first.
We can work with most quality web hosts. Your site's speed and security are tied to your hosting quality, so we cannot support sites on certain low-quality providers. We have a list of trusted hosts that we know provide excellent service. We are happy to check your current hosting to make sure it is a good fit.
No. The Quick Fix is strictly for repairing things that are broken or showing errors. If you want to add a new page, install a new plugin, or change the design of your site, please contact us for a quote.
Our monthly care plans are flexible, with no long-term lock-ins. If you prefer to pay annually, you simply pay for the year upfront and receive 2 months free.
In either case, you are free to cancel with just 30 days' notice. We want you to stay with us because of the peace of mind we deliver, not because a contract forces you to.
We don't. We currently provide all of our support through email and live chat. We find this creates a clear written record of your request, which prevents important details from being missed. This method allows us to give your issue our full attention.
