These terms apply to you (“the Affiliate”) when you sign up for the Site Design Squad affiliate programme. By joining, you agree to these rules. Please read them carefully.
1. Who We Are
This programme is run by Site Design Squad. Our registered company name is Site Squad LTD. Our company number is 16881662 and we are registered in England and Wales.
2. How It Works
We give you a unique link to share with your audience, friends, or clients. When someone clicks your link, a tracking file (called a cookie) is saved on their device.
Cookie Duration: This tracking lasts for 60 days. If the person buys something from us within 60 days of clicking your link, you earn a commission.
Last Click Wins: If a customer clicks links from two different affiliates, the most recent link they clicked gets the credit.
3. Commission Rate
We pay a 10% commission on valid sales generated through your specific link.
- Recurring Commissions:
- Web Design Packages: You earn 10% of every monthly payment for a maximum of 24 months.
- Care Plans: You earn 10% of every monthly payment for a maximum of 12 months.
- Other Subscriptions: For all other recurring services (e.g., SEO), you earn 10% of every monthly payment for a maximum of 6 months.
- One-Off Sales:
- Upfront Web Design: You earn a one-time 10% commission on the total project fee.
Refunds: If a customer asks for a refund, we will deduct the commission for that sale from your balance.
Cancellation and Non-Payment: Recurring commissions are only paid while the client remains active and paying. If a client cancels their subscription, stops paying, or defaults on a payment at any time, your commission payments for that client will stop immediately. You will not receive commission on unpaid invoices.
4. Payments
We handle payments carefully to ensure everything is correct.
Method: We pay commissions via Stripe, PayPal, or Bank Transfer. You must have a valid account to get paid.
Schedule: We hold payments for 60 days after the sale. This allows us to account for any customer refunds or cancellations. After this period, your earnings are ready for payout.
Threshold: You need to earn a minimum of £50 in commission before we send a payment.
5. Promotion Rules
We want you to share Site Design Squad, but you must do it the right way.
Transparency (ASA Rules): You must follow the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) codes. You must clearly tell your audience that you are using an affiliate link (for example, by using “#ad” or saying “I earn a commission”) before you share our link. If you fail to do this, we may terminate your account.
No Spam: Do not send unsolicited emails or messages.
Be Honest: Do not make false claims about our services.
No PPC on Brand Name: You cannot run ads (like Google Ads) that target keywords containing “Site Design Squad” or “Site Squad LTD”.
Self-Referrals: You cannot use your own affiliate link to buy a website for yourself.
6. Coupon and Discount Rules
We want to be fair to all customers. Therefore:
No Fake Coupons: You must not claim to offer a “discount,” “coupon,” or “deal” unless we have explicitly given you one to share.
No Misleading Text: You cannot use phrases like “Site Design Squad Discount Code” or “Click to Reveal Coupon” if no such coupon exists.
Approved Offers Only: If we issue a specific coupon code to you, you may promote it. You may not scrape or use coupon codes assigned to other affiliates or newsletters.
7. Intellectual Property and Licence
We may provide you with banners, buttons, text links, or logos (“Promotional Materials”) to help you promote us.
Licence to Use: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials solely to promote our services. You do not own these materials; we do.
No Changes: You must use the materials exactly as we provide them. You cannot alter, crop, or change our images or text without our written permission.
Ownership: Site Squad LTD retains all intellectual property rights to our brand, logo, and website. Joining this programme does not give you any rights to our business or technology.
8. Your Promises (Warranties)

12. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to keep our site and tracking active at all times.
Liability Cap: Except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you under this agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Exclusions: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss (including loss of profits or revenue) arising from this agreement, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Service Availability: While we work to maintain service continuity, we are not liable for temporary unavailability of our website, tracking system, or payment processor, provided we take reasonable steps to restore service.
13. Indemnity (Protecting Us)
You agree to indemnify and hold Site Squad LTD harmless against claims, damages, or costs arising directly from:
- Your breach of this agreement.
- Infringement of intellectual property rights by content on your website or marketing materials.
- Your violation of applicable law in promoting our services.
Proportionality: Your indemnity obligation is limited to losses directly caused by your actions and does not extend to losses we could have mitigated or that result from our negligence.
14. Changes and Termination
Changes to Terms: We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes to commission rates, payment terms, or promotion rules at least 14 days in advance via email. If you do not agree with a material change, you may terminate this agreement before the change takes effect.
Termination for Breach: We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account immediately without notice if you materially breach this agreement, misuse our brand, or engage in prohibited conduct (as described in sections 5 and 6).
Termination for Convenience: Either party may terminate this agreement for any reason by giving 30 days’ written notice to the other party via email.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination:
- Your affiliate links will cease to generate commissions.
- All commissions earned and validly attributed to your link before termination remain payable, subject to our refund policy and the 60-day payment hold.
- Accrued commissions confirmed as valid will be paid out within 30 days following the end of the 60-day hold period.
- You must immediately cease all use of our Promotional Materials and brand names.
15. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts in England and Wales.
Acceptance: By signing up for the Site Design Squad affiliate programme, you accept these terms in full and agree to be bound by them.
